Using this site

Music, photography, video, artwork and written material on this site belong to their respective rights holders. Please do not reproduce or use them without permission. Booking requests are enquiries only; a booking is confirmed only in writing by the Captain 9'5 team.

Spaza products & orders

Spaza offers merchandise, tickets, event access and other products selected by the Captain 9'5 team. Product availability, pricing and stock can change before checkout. Your order is accepted only after the payment provider has confirmed payment.

Digital products require a billing address and are delivered or made available using the details provided with the order. Physical products require both a billing address and a delivery address. Please ensure every address is accurate; fulfilment details, delivery timing and any applicable delivery costs will be provided during or after checkout.

Payments, returns & support

Payments are processed by the payment provider configured for Spaza. We do not store card or banking credentials on this site. If you have a question about an order, digital access, a ticket or delivery, contact the Captain 9'5 team through the booking contact on the About page and include your order reference.

Order account

An order account is created only after a successful payment. We send an invitation to the email used at checkout, which lets you view your paid order history. Keep your sign-in details private. If you do not complete payment, no order account is created for that cart.

Privacy

To process a Spaza order, we collect your name and surname, email address, product selections, billing address and—where a physical item is ordered—delivery address. We also keep the order reference, purchase status and payment-provider transaction reference. This information is used to process, fulfil, support and keep a record of your purchase.

Payment details are handled by the chosen payment provider. We may share only the information needed to complete payment, deliver a physical order or provide digital access. Newsletter sign-up is optional and separate from purchasing; you can opt out using the unsubscribe option in a campaign email.

We retain order information only for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, support, legal obligations and recordkeeping. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information through the booking contact on the About page, subject to any records we must retain by law.
